Family Outing

Yesterday we went on a little family outing with my parents and 4 of my sisters. We went fishing at Tonto Creek. We caught five fish but we only kept this one, 16 inches long and 2 lbs. All the nieces and nephews were excited to see the fish but they were scared to touch it.
Hayden at the fish hatchery. He had a little fall so he needed a little band aid from Grandpa.

Anne Marie and Sara on the loose, well sort of. They had ideas that they needed to join the fish at the fish hatchery. They needed to go swimming too. All the kids had a blast there.

Don't let this little face deceive you. She may seem innocent but she is a little trouble maker. She is Scott's dominion. She got Jodi soaking wet while she was playing in the water at Woods Canyon Lake.

Look OUT !!

We were at Mesquite Wash for a little family get together and doing some 4wheeling when we found these little devils on a low branch (Jodi was mad I got close to them to take this picture since I'm allergic to them). I thought it was cool, my thought was how often do you get to see a beehive this close with all the bee's there. I must point out that due to the fact that it was raining and none of the bee's were flying around i might as well go for it. Well I must say it was not one of the smartest things I've done. I must say that this was not recommended at all for anyone to do including me.
This was taken on highway 260 going from Payson over the mountain into Camp Verde. Sorry if it is a little blurry but hey what do suspect when you are going 80 mph.

This is a little creek that we found while taking a small hike at the Red Rock state park.

A view from the hill that Sedona's airport is at. Up there you get a outstanding view of the area.

I thought that this was a great picture.

Oak Creek Canyon

This picture was taken at a scenic overview of Oak Creek Canyon heading north up the Hwy 89A to Flagstaff from Sedona. A very beautiful drive during the summer months and the fall months.
